The Gentleman

Let me just say now that the pose and his leg markings were a pain to do But I'm happy with how he turned out <3

Personality: Lagi is a complete and utter gentleman and a sweetheart, he's polite and rather loyal to those he knows and won't be afraid to put himself in harms way if something or someone threatens his friends.

History: Lagi was born into a large herd of wild horses, the lands were lush and predators seemed rare in the territory along with rouge herds. To Lagi everything was perfect but perfect wasn't enough for him, once old enough the stallion parted ways with the herd in search of something different, something better than what he had back home.

After what seemed like months of traveling Lagi came upon a small forest surrounded by open fields and mountains, upon closer inspection of the place a small herd resided within the area. Deciding to stick close to the herd Lagi began his new life with them, unaware of what was waiting round the corner for him.
It was now summer and the herd had finally accepted Lagi and even made him their lead stallion but that was all about to change as a rouge stallion that was much older and bigger than the red dun arrived one day, challenging Lagi for leadership over the small herd.

The battle went on for hours with the stallion having the upper hand over Lagi as the smaller stallion was thrown to the ground, weak and completely exhausted from the fight. He was left to die from his injuries as the new lead stallion ushered the herd away, snapping at whoever attempted to return to help Lagi.

He believed it was the end of his young life as his vision began to fade to black but before everything went Lagi's eyes caught the faintest glimmer of toxic green whilst his ears caught the sound of muffled words.
"...I...accept."
When he woke the next morning Lagi believed he'd had a nightmare until he spotted the blood stained grass around him, getting to his hooves the stallion went off in search of the small herd to try and get them back or to at least make sure they were all alright.
Sadly he never made it very far, as he became caught in a freak wild fire that turned the area into nothing but ash and black smoke.
